Tuesday, January 29, 2008

With Shaun T’s new dance program Hip Hop Abs, you can groove your way to a flat and sexy stomach. With Shaun’s advanced Absolute Engagement routine you’ll “Tilt, Tuck, and Tighten” your way to washboard abs without crunches or sit-ups.

Shaun T is a native of New Jersey currently residing in Los Angeles, CA. Shaun began training for his love of dance at Rowan University, where he received his BS in Sports Science and a minor in Theater/Dance.

Since moving to Los Angeles, Shaun has danced in theater and television, and has worked with various artists. Some of his credits include the original cast, as well as the workshop crew starring Val Kilmer, of the musical version of The Ten Commandments; Pippin; and Applause. Shaun has appeared on TV shows such as HBO’s Six Feet Under and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno; the cable channel BBC America; and the movie Beauty Shop starring Queen Latifah. He has danced with artists such as Mariah Carey, Aaron and Nick Carter, and Elephant Man. Shaun has worked with many companies, including Nike, Radio Shack, the Los Angeles Lakers, Marc Jacobs, and Boost athletic shoes.

Shaun’s choreography started almost as soon as he started dancing, choreographing events such as the NCAA Final 4 halftime show, Aaron and Nick Carter’s “Twister Moves” tour (Wal-Mart), and the Garden State Dance Festival. Shaun worked with Tony Gonzalez choreographing the movie Bring It On: All or Nothing. He collaborated on Kathy Smith’s Project: YOU™, where he incorporated his love of dance and his studies of fitness in the creation of those workouts.

In February 2007, Shaun created Hip Hop Abs, a workout program specifically designed to target your abs. Hip Hop Abs quickly became America’s #1 fitness program on TV. Due to popular demand, he’s just created the all-new Hip Hop Abs Dance Party Series workouts. Continuing on the heels of that success, Shaun is busy creating a brand-new fitness program called Rockin’ Body™. Participants in a test group are currently using this program to transform their bodies. The video versions of these workouts will be in production for release in the coming months.

Shaun can be found presenting at many fitness conventions around the world and teaching at fitness and dance centers around Los Angeles.
